Enterprise Sales Representative (ESR)

Chicago area (including Northern Illinois, Wisconsin & Michigan)

Our ESR focus is on a consultative approach to selling that informs and teaches customers and prospects about the business values of our solutions. We help customers to transition and build out long-term strategies to manage and protect structured and unstructured data “digital gold” that is the crown jewels of any business.

We are seeking a professional sales leader, who is confident, self-motivated individual to join our industry recognized, award winning sales organization. This person should be entrepreneurial, growth and profit-oriented who can communicate an innovative message to customers on our solutions. You will be prospecting and developing within that territory by selling primarily through VAR to end-users. You’ll work the entire sales pipeline from prospecting for new business, managing installed customers to closing.

What you need to bring to the role:

  • A leader / consultative professional that will understand, engage & teach customers how our solutions can complement their business challenges! (The Challenger Sales methodology).
  • Ability to build and manage strategic collaborations and networking with top tier VARs and alliance partners in territory.
  • At least 5+ years selling data management solutions (software, hardware, cloud, and professional services).
  • Hunter mentality and proven track record of prospecting and selling referenceable solutions to medium / large enterprise customers.
  • Direct knowledge of key accounts and contacts in the territory.
  • A proven history of consistently exceeding sales targets and can lead an extended team in complex, high value sales campaigns.

Territory / Location: Chicago Area (including Northern Illinois, Wisconsin & Michigan)

It would be nice if you had:

  • Business or Technical College Degree or Military experience.
  • Prior sales management experience.
  • Software & cloud services experience

Travel: Position will require at least 50% travel within territory.

Status: Full Time, Direct Hire Exempt Position

Compensation: Base $ 110,000 – $130,000 – + Commission and stock options

Interview process

At least three video one on one interviews to include Recruiter, Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President of Sales, within a 2-week period if you are considered you will be invited to Colorado for a series of interviews with Corporate Vice presidents including our CEO.
