This position will serve as the MSP program’s Enterprise Test Lead and will sit in the MSP Ground Element Systems Engineering team. This role is a key technical leader on the program and will frequently interact with external programs and customers.
Responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating enterprise test schedules with customers and segment partners
• Leading MSP participation in enterprise tests, to include leading the preparation for enterprise tests, organizing the relevant MSP team members, leading the response to test issues, and leading any follow-up efforts to close action items
• Supporting, as needed, spacecraft readiness events
• Leading the Ground Element Factory to Factory test program, to include coordination, scheduling, and execution of events
• Striving to develop expertise on the system’s internal and external interfaces, data flows, and segment partners such that this role can be the “first stop” for questions related to interfaces and external partners
• Serving as a spokesperson for the program on Enterprise Test topics, to include presenting at internal meetings, program reviews, customer briefings, and enterprise events

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in two or more of the following domains: systems engineering, system architecture, development, system integration and test
• Experience with system-level test campaigns
• Experience harmonizing systems, processes, and people across multiple system areas and functions
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify and resolve complex technical issues/challenges with minimal direction
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others without a formal position of authority
• Must be an excellent communicator, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external customers
Desired Skills:
• Experience with MSP Ground Segment
• Experience as a Test Conductor or leading test events
• Experience with software project management following an agile methodology
• Leadership or management experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9×80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $123,500 – $236,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
