This is a HYBRID position with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday onsite in our Lakewood, CO office.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do in This Role
- Support AVP of Compliance and Regulation, Licensing Supervisor and Program Supervisor in department and company initiatives.
- Support the review process for new or revised policies in accordance with company and industry guidelines.
- Assist in coordinating completion and tracking of business entity information, licensing, and service contract information.
- Assist with administrative compliance tasks, organization and information requests.
- Support management with the planning and implementation of compliance guidelines pertaining to various compliance projects.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organizations various companies, lines of business and operations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry rules and regulation.
- Track and meet all compliance and company timelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience in administrative work, office support, Microsoft programs, including outlook, word, and excel, as well as could learn new software as required.
Required Education/Certifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s in business administration, social sciences or related field strongly preferred, or equivalent demonstrated work experience in business administration or office support.
