Entry Level Paralegal – NYC (Hybrid)
Summary
The New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for an entry-level Paralegal to support and work alongside the Asset Management or Corporate & Financial Services practice group. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,000 lawyers located in 13 offices in six countries.
The Entry Level Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys and clients in legal matters. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one years of relevant experience. This role requires you in the New York office a minimum of three days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Have a sense of accountability and ownership for assigned projects;
- Have excellent written and communication skills;
- Flexible to work overtime as needed to meet business and client needs;
- Have a strong attention to detail;
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with individuals of all levels within the firm in a courteous and professional manner
- Have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work concurrently on a variety of matters and manage time and expectations;
- Have strong administrative, analytical, organizational and researching skills
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and ability to interface with high level attorneys and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic standing
ADA Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances
- Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
- Ability to work in close proximity to other individuals
- Ability to carry light to moderate objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance
- Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 15lbs

The salary for this role is $57,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
