Job Specifications:

- Expected Pay Range: $20.00 – $24.49
- Shift Availability: Full Time
The primary job responsibilities of this position include:
- Daily communication with Homeowners regarding revenue/expense questions, billing issues, reservation requests, etc.
- Assisting in development, implementation and updating of the owner portal with appropriate documents
- Facilitate maintenance and vacation rental unit repairs with CBMR Maintenance Managers.
- Responsible for owner statement accuracy and addressing any rental management billing issues, including reviewing maintenance billing books, revenue postings, housekeeping revenue
- Work with local realtors and assistant property manager to maintain a calendar of unit closings and answer questions about the Grand Lodge
- Facilitation of new owners into the HOA for accounting, communication and property management opportunities Ensure managed and non-managed units are reflected accurately in IQWare.
- Assist owners at Plaza and LMS with annual Mt CB Town STR applications
- Work and maintain the HOA monthly aging report based upon the HOA Collections Policies.
- Take and prepare HOA board and annual meeting minutes.
- Filling out real estate agent and mortgage company condo questionnaires.
- Preparing a periodic newsletter and manager report to be sent to all members electronically.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree – helpful
- 2+ years lodging and hospitality experience required.
- Proven experience with and passion for providing excellent service.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English required. Ability to read, comprehend and write complex correspondence and effectively communicate with guests and homeowners using diplomacy and tact required.
- Valid Colorado Driver License and ability to complete a Motor Vehicle Report on hire.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required – proficiency with property management software and property maintenance software preferred.
The expected pay range is $20.00 – $24.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
