Arcadis is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to be based out of our Yardley, PA office. This full-time position within our Environmental Remediation West group will help manage oil and gas, freight rail, mining, and industrial projects with input from technical experts.
This position requires both office and field work; you should expect to be out in the field up to 10-25% of the time mentoring junior staff. Field work will be performed at project sites with environmental media (e.g., soil, sediment, groundwater, surface water, etc.) that has been impacted with hazardous substances and/or hazardous wastes.
Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will manage scope, schedule, staffing, and budget for environmental remediation projects, both large and small scale, and be responsible for client and regulatory correspondence and interactions. You will also lead teams to evaluate data to support conceptual site models for environmental investigations, delineate the nature and extent of contamination, evaluate, and implement remedial alternatives, and modify/optimize remediation and monitoring programs. Strong writing skills are required as this role is responsible for technical report reviewing and writing. Another primary responsibility of this role is coaching and mentoring junior staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering or closely related field
- 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting
- Previous project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- PE or PG

The salary range for this position is $104920 – $157380 dependent on experience
