The Environmental Compliance, Social Responsibility, Sustainability Program Manager (“ESS-PM”) will work cross functionally across departments to ensure our products are in compliance with environmental and social responsibility legal, regulatory and certifications requirements. The ESS-PM’s responsibilities span the entire life cycle of the product from new product reviews, regulatory filings, label reviews, maintaining policies and procedures to responding to inquiries from regulators and customers. This role works across hardware development, legal, supply chain, manufacturing operations, quality, and sustaining teams to define solutions, understand regulatory requirements, drive to business decisions, and execution.
– Monitor and analyze the developing trends and changes in regulatory compliance laws, rules and regulations.
– Establish and maintain an effective product compliance program to prevent and/or resolve product impacts/delays to the customer while minimizing business risk to organization.
– Maintain Environmental Compliance policies and procedures. Ensure that Environmental Compliance timelines align with product plans.
– Serve as the technical expert, providing support and advice to all functional teams with respect to product compliance.
– Leads eero’s compliance towards sustainability goal
Ability to work/communicate effectively with legal counsel, engineers, technical specialists, and management, cross functionally, in a multi-disciplinary, global environment; Comfortable interacting with regulators, outside agencies, industry trade groups/associations, and customers, as required.
Experience implementing robust environmental controls, training and policies to ensure full compliance throughout a large, geographically diverse organization.
Reduces barriers to transparency in carbon footprint, materials usage, zero waste to landfill, recyclability and more.

– Own the programs from beginning to end. You will be the expert that can triage eero’s level of investment based on newly developing requirements.
– Create processes to accomplish compliance for each programs that optimize resources required. Create milestones and checkpoints that work for eero product development process.
– Report on forward looking requirements, current projects, and gaps.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
– 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
– Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
– Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
– Experience defining KPI’s/SLA’s used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base pay for this position ranges from $119,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market.
