This role will allow you the opportunity to directly shape the perceptions and paths Microsoft’s top accounts will take in their Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformations in the years to come through delivery of hundreds of engagements with customers from across the world.

Please note this is not a remote/hybrid position, rather this is a business essential role and requires onsite daily attendance to meet with our customers at our Redmond, WA customer briefing center/s.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years work experience presenting to large audiences and/or internal/external senior executives

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating scripts, key talking points, and other documentation to support demo or experience delivery
  • Experience delivering solution and product demos to customers.
  • A natural storyteller with exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • A subject matter expertise (or ability to learn and ramp quickly) in Azure (Data & AI, Apps & Infra), Modern
  • Workplace and Business Applications, from a prior sales, marketing or engineering role related to these areas.
  • Must have conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, Cloud, and Software business trends, including impact of digital transformation on Microsoft’s priority industry verticals (Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent deliverables, and to move fluidly from project work to presenting in front of customers across multiple engagements per day and week.
  • Outstanding cross-team collaboration skills, as part of a small team which will need to work closely supporting one another for mutual success.

Business Program Management IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $72,800 – $144,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $95,100 – $157,900 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences by facilitating a wide range of solution area capability demos, industry demos, and customer success demos.
  • Deliver demos in person at the Executive Briefing Center, Industry Experience Center and throughvirtual engagements with remote attendees.
  • Lead documentation and prepare/write scripts for assigned demos and experiences; package up materials including scripts, training videos, and other documentation for consumption by other CET facilities around the world
  • Share expertise to evangelize highly complex customer engagement delivery programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers to gain buy in.
  • Manage the deployment of new technology experiences/demos in the Center in conjunction with the Immersive Experiences lead, and the general operation and performance of demos and experiences, in partnership with the global technology operations team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer delivery and demo build, providing guidance and expertise to our global CET locations (Silicon Valley, Atlanta, Munich, and Singapore)
  • Partner with Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) Technical Architects on learning new technologies and unlock activities for getting customers to the “next-best action”
  • Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements; provide feedback on existing experiences and ongoing ideas for potential new experiences to be developed.
