The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Work directly under the supervision of the IT Department management working with other departments on SAP Business By Design application and administration needs.
- Provide technical guidance and educate team members on SAP systems procedures, and administration
- Maintain day-to-day management and administration of SAP.
- Assist in working on IT tickets and standard IT workflows as needed.
- Document and design various processes; update existing processes.
- Lead all SAP-related IT projects, application development, and administration.
- Follow all best practices and procedures as established by the IT Department and Management.

- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base are essential.
Education & Experience

- High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, software engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience can be substituted for a degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in SAP Administration.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux infrastructures, shell scripting, and databases.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment up to 30 pounds or more.

Base Pay Range
The salary range of this position is $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 USD Annually. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for positions in the job category within which this position falls. The actual offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, education, and prior experience.
