We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Event and Logistics Manager to join our dynamic Brand and Marketing teams. Applicants must have previous motorcycle experience or a passion for motorcycles, including a M1 rider’s license. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our event and demo presences, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our target audience. This role requires a strong background in Powersports, as well as experience in transport logistics and event set-up and pack-down.
The successful candidate for the Event and Logistics Manager position will be an integral member of the Marketing team, working closely with Brand Creative and reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on the planning and execution of various events, including product launches, trade shows, motorcycle rallies, lifestyle events, demo events, and other promotional activities.
- Develop detailed event timelines, manage budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure smooth execution.
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives with company goals and marketing strategies.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of event components, including transportation of various classes of vehicles cross-country and potentially internationally. .
- Coordinate with internal teams and event partners to finalize load-in and out details, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Manage inventory and coordinate (including loading) the transportation of motorcycles and equipment to event locations.
- Supervise on-site event set-up, ensuring that branding, displays, and promotional materials are correctly displayed.
- Lead motorcycle demo registration and execution, engaging with and educating attendees on the product features and benefits.
- Address any on-site issues or emergencies, demonstrating problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive experience for attendees. This may include motorcycle maintenance and technician work for which training will be provided.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, analyzing event engagement, attendee feedback, and overall execution success. Use insights gained to make recommendations for future improvement.
- Function as a Brand Ambassador and Motivator, promoting the company’s mission, vision, core values, and tone of voice with every event attendee engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event marketing campaigns, including digital and social media promotions and content
- Work closely with the product team to showcase new motorcycle models and features at events.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, logistics, admin, or a related field
- Proven experience of 4+ years in executing successful marketing events.
- A class M1 license is needed, and a Commercial Class B license is highly regarded
- Strong background in events, logistics, or marketing, with a demonstrated ability to lead events from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and a diverse set of personalities.
- Intimate knowledge of the Powersports industry, including products, specifications, and trends
- Based in SoCal
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Competitive salary range $65,000-$80,000

Working Hours:
Due to the nature of our industry and the need to meet project needs, a non-traditional work week that includes frequent weekends will be required.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires regular and consistent travel to various locations domestically and may include international travel in the future. The frequency of travel will be 50%+.
Physical Abilities:
The job will involve physical tasks such as handling and riding motorcycles, cars, bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and other vehicles. Other tasks include lifting heavy equipment, walking long distances, climbing, or working in challenging environments. Candidates must possess the physical capabilities necessary to perform these duties safely and effectively.
