Summary SoFi Stadium Operations Crew Members are a vital part of our event day team. They are responsible for providing an Extraordinary experience for all guests at Hollywood Park, home of SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater. The Operations Crew Member is a part-time position supporting the Operations Department and focusing primarily on event setup, tear down, changeovers and daily operational tasks for the YouTube Theater on the Hollywood Park campus. Crew Members assist in the pickup, delivery, installation, and movement of various equipment, furniture, and other materials as necessary, while adhering to operational safety standards and protocols. Crew Members must be able to perform manual labor duties and tasks, as well as have a flexible schedule and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles setups and teardowns of equipment, supplies, and other materials as necessary for operational needs and venue operations.
  • Assists in the maintenance and inventory control for all venue operational assets.
  • Assists with the general overall upkeep of the stadium.
  • Operates heavy equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and motorized), boom lifts, scissor lifts, and reach forks.
  • Complies to all safety policies, procedures, and protocols when executing on work duties and responsibilities.
  • Provides excellent customer service to the Performance Venue and Hollywood Park community across all venues and campus property.
  • Perform additional job duties as necessary and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and execute while under time constraints
  • Able to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively maneuver between functions
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods and meet the physical requirements as outlined below
  • Flexible schedule; available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience working in a performance venue work environment preferred

Hours of Operations and Work Schedule: SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park Management Company is an event-based business. This is a part-time, event-based position. You can expect to be scheduled for weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your department needs may vary, and you will be provided with a specific work schedule based on business and event needs. Availability: Team Members submit their availability every Wednesday for a 3 week period. General availability is coordinated with the Operations Scheduling Specialist. Team members will provide a minimum of 4 days/month of availability for SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater. In order to maintain active part-time status, team members must submit their availability for a minimum of 70% of scheduled events. For example, SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater have 10 (ten) events booked for the month. Team members need to be available for a minimum of 7 (seven) of those events. Submitting your availability does not guarantee that you will be scheduled for all events. Compensation: Starting rate: $17.00 per hour / $25.50 overtime rate
