Mr. Rogers Windows has been helping homeowners in our community for 37 years.
As an Event Promoter, you will bring that brand awareness to prospective customers and turn that awareness into quality leads.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, positive personality to gather these leads from the wonderful community we meet at a variety of events – to include but limited to – home shows, festivals and retail locations.
You will listen to consumer feedback, offer great solutions and set up appointments with homeowners.
Our shifts are short, (typically 4 hours) and are on weekends or weekday evenings. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose which events and hours you want to work.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed
- Energetic, outgoing, friendly personality
- Communicate effectively and positively with prospective customers
- Work some weekends and occasional evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Represent Mr. Rogers Windows by talking with potential customers at a variety of events throughout Hampton Roads (festivals, fairs, home shows, and other community events)
- Communicate effectively and professionally
- Build brand awareness enthusiastically, then transform that awareness into an appointment
- Provide our world class signature service throughout our community
