Job Summary:
The Events Coordinator will be responsible for producing all special events at Sutter Health Park. Specifically, the Events Coordinator is responsible for maintaining relationships with historical rental clients, finding new clients, preparing financials for each potential rental, organizing all contracts, and executing each rental. The Events Coordinator will work closely with all departments within the organization to properly communicate facility events at the ballpark. We are looking for an energetic individual eager to lead and execute all special events at Sutter Health Park.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Major part of overall tasks and responsibilities to achieve departmental goals.
- Responsible for maintaining a book of business for all facility rentals at Sutter Health Park. Duties include: navigating potential rental, communicating event details, contract management and execution, and event settlement.
- Administrative duties such as data entry and maintenance, answering phones, responding to online event inquiries
- Responsible for booking and coordinating Sutter Health Park’s Legacy Club Rentals
- Responsible for accurate and detailed record keeping for event files, and calendars, and its distribution to various parties.
- Expected to brainstorm new event ideas and research local events.
- Must be able to work all events put on by the department.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all clients and potential clients to deliver outstanding service.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Meeting, and Event Planning or related field required OR at least two years of experience in customer service, retail, event planning, or a related field
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods during events.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work a variety of hours in order to accommodate events.
Compensation:
The expected annual base salary for this role is $35,000 – $40,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
