Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Direct of Operations and executive team.
This role will pay a salary of $25 to $30.

Responsibilities
JOB DUTIES: (including but not limited to)
- Organizes and maintains office files
- Maintains Micro Main preventative maintenance software including input and generation of preventative maintenance reports and other work orders.
- Assists in labor allocation for the Operations department.
- Assists in invoice processing for the Operations department
- Assures copies of incident reports are given to necessary personnel
- Works main switchboard in absence of Receptionist
- Manages the exhibitor services process/desk and exhibition advantage concierge program
- Assists with financial tasks/reporting as needed
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and executive team
Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of three years secretarial experience
- High school diploma or GED with business courses, business school graduate preferred.
- Excellent typing and general office skills and ability to operate a personal computer.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
