Alcott Center for Mental Health Services, nonprofit community mental health agency is seeking a highly organized, motivated candidate for a FULL TIME Senior Administrative Assistant position providing necessary administrative support to the CEO/COO.
Essential Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organizing calendars
- Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, calls and events for COO and CEO
- Attend to emails, prepare, and edit correspondences for COO and CEO
- Office inventory and ordering supplies
- Manage and coordinate Board Meetings, at times, including taking notes
- Oversee office equipment and work with providers to ensure proper upkeep
- Assist in preparation staff events
- Support other administrative staff as necessary
- Assist in arranging upkeep of agency vehicles
- Become versed in basic security measures, assisting in building & program safety
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Motivated, a ‘go getter’
- High School Grad or equivalent required – some college preferred
- Good computer skills and knowledge of WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT
- General office or transferable experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Personable and comfortable in outpatient mental health facility environment
- Comfortable running office related errands, travel between program sites
- Evidence of clear criminal record and proof of valid California Driver’s License
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including one booster
$52,000 – $55,000 a year
