Title: Executive Assistant/Project Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $70-75K/year, depending on experience + an annual bonus!
Job Responsibilities:
• In this role, you will be responsible for complex and detailed calendar management
• You will also be responsible for planning events
• You will arrange all travel including flights, hotel, and ground transportation, both in the US and internationally
• You will create presentations in Powerpoint and work with spreadsheets in Excel
• You will also prepare budgets and process expense reports
• You will also draft correspondence and prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
Requirements
• You must have at least 2-3 years of prior experience working as an Executive Assistant and must have superior organizational skills
• You must be mission-driven and support renewable energy projects
• The ideal candidate will have experience working for a start-up
• Executive Assistant must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Executive Assistant must have a proven track record coordinating travel and must have experience working with some Travel Software
• Executive Assistant must have excellent MS Office Suite skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with all kinds of different personalities
