About The Job
This role will be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and performance of consumer experiences across owned social media platforms (TOM FORD BEAUTY and TOM FORD) and paid media in support of omnichannel and brand strategies.
About Your Responsibilities
Leadership
• Lead the global TOM FORD and TOM FORD BEAUTY Advertising/Social Media team by driving a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
• Mentor team through on-the-job coaching, identifying opportunities, and removing hurdles.
• Cascade executable plans to direct reports and set clear expectations; leverage influence to drive agenda cross-functionally and execute with success.
• Take a broad view of the business, industry, and consumer environment to anticipate and plan for the future; embraces and initiates change by distinguishing what to preserve and what to change, and swiftly mobilizing to action.
Targeted Paid Media strategy with strong ROI
• Elaborate a strong global paid media strategy leveraging Media center database with a global vision but regional granularity.
• Partner with key Regions to optimize asset strategy. Balance awareness, consideration, conversion assets in line with investments priorities.
• Oversee a yearly paid media budget recommendation.
• Work with online to develop digital paid media strategy
High-touch Social Media strategy that is aligned with brand growth objectives
• Develop brand social media strategy that employs key platform activation, paid, owned, and earned content and influencer partnerships techniques.
• Develop strategies and identify opportunities for content creation, execution and dissemination strategies aligned with Brand equity, platform relevancy and customer targeting to maximize campaign results.
• Lead partnership with Regions and Affiliates to develop relevant and compelling marketing messages on social media platforms with locally relevant extensions.
Content and stories strategically to drive brand awareness, conversion, and loyalty
• Define ambition for platform-distinct campaigns and creative messaging across social media touch points.
• Collaborate with Creative to drive collaborative, effective, and timely campaign content production.
• Drive development of creative briefs in collaboration with Global Product Marketing for all Brand and product content for deployment across social platforms.
• Oversee development requests for all social media content.
Drive and amplify brand reach across social media connection points
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, Online, Consumer Engagement, GBSC, Product Development, Finance, Regional Teams, Corporate Marketing, and GIS teams to prepare 360 concept briefs including paid and owned social initiatives across relevant platforms.
• Oversee execution of social media strategies within designated budget and campaign targets.
• Lead partnership with regions to enable creation of locally relevant content deployment strategies maximum impact across touch points.
Social media and paid media campaign development and execution
• Collaborate with Corporate Digital Analytics & Insights team to establish campaign KPIs to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Lead the strategic planning and optimization of investments to optimize platform, influencer and campaign spend based on real-time and historic initiative performance.
• Drive marketing ROI by optimizing content and channel marketing investments.
• Champion and encourage on-the-go analysis and campaign pivots.
• Lead the build, tweak, and analysis of campaigns and their performance within the context of social listening, digital brand studies and market research.
Efficient 360 strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for paid and social media calendar in collaboration with Global Communication and Global Product Marketing.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure smooth 360 campaign execution.
• Enhance paid media and social media playbooks.
Champion, drive, and build emerging marketing trends and technology capabilities to meet customers where they are
• Nurture an environment that rewards the exploration and implementation of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement in new and innovative ways.
• Remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to influence business strategy.
• Lead implementation of creative technology solutions for the brand that increase efficiency, reduce spend and increase marketing reach.
Finance and Budget Management
• Identify budget investment priorities based upon key departmental objectives.
• Enable fluid on-the-go budget spend framework informed by real time campaign performance analysis that minimizes ineffective spend and maximizes ROI.
• Oversee costs across agencies and technology platform spend.
• Oversee marketing ROI by optimizing content and channel marketing investments.
• Optimize A&P spend by developing faster and lower cost options for acquiring, engaging, and retaining consumers.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $147,000 to $252,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
