Responsible for the analysis, development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs including job evaluation and analysis. Responsible for performing ongoing evaluations of the System’s compensation program for assigned functional areas.
Job Responsibility
- Coordinates, administers and monitors compensation programs; continually reviews the health system’s comparative position relative to market data and determines appropriate salary grades and attributes of jobs.
- Completes timely and accurate salary surveys and analyzes results.
- Reinforces introduction to units and services.
- Assists department heads in developing and modifying job descriptions in accordance with requirements.
- Participates in the development of training and communications programs to communicate new or revised compensation plans to the organization; works in conjunction with employee communications to deliver communications.
- Models compensation alternatives, and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
- Master’s Degree in Finance and/or Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in compensation, finance, and analytics highly preferred.
- Proficient in Excel highly preferred.

The salary range for this position is $121,200-$212,100/year
