Job Summary:
The Keystone Adventure Center is home to the largest Zamboni-maintained outdoor ice rink in North America. The Adventure Center team strives to provide a magical experience to our guests each and every day. Are you service-oriented, enthusiastic, and have passion for ice skating or the mountains? Do you have experience in customer service and heavy equipment? Our Equipment Operations Team is responsible for a variety of tasks, including providing excellent customer service and providing an amazing product for our guests to enjoy.”
Job Specifications:
- Outlet: Keystone Adventure Center
- Expected Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Days, Nights, Weekdays, weekends, holidays.
- Expected Season: Late November – Early March, employees may be required to work in other departments through the end of the Ski Season (Mid-April)
- Skill Level: Mid Level
Job Responsibilities:
- Safe handling and use of all heavy equipment while on Ice (equipment includes Zambonis, Skid Steer, Tractor, Gator, Snow Blower)
- General repairs and maintenance of equipment
- Snow Removal from ice and surrounding areas
- Ice assessments and protocols – ensuring ice is safe for equipment and guests
- Following and ensuring all safety policies and procedures of equipment and ice
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent – required
- Valid Driver’s License – required
- At least 1 yesr heavy equipment experience – required
- Knowledge of ice conditions and operations – preferred
- Previous guest service experience – required
- Read, Write, and Speak English fluently – required
- Ability to lift 100lbs and perform physical labor – required
- Ability to work outside in a winter high alpine environment – required
The expected pay range is $21.00 – $25.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
