WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ownership of all aspects of the Express Lube
- Establishing relationships with guests, greeting them upon arrival, communicating costs, estimated time of service, and updating them if things change
- Forecasting goals, objectives, budgets and controlling expenses involved with the Express Lube department operations.
- Hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and developing team members.
- Monitoring team member performance
- Ensuring jobs are completed to Bergstrom Standards and completed correctly the first time
- Providing backup for all Express Lube team members during vacations
- Ensuring that the work areas and guest waiting area are kept clean
Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts 700a-600p and Saturday 800a-300p – Sunday and one weekday off.Annual pay averaging $50,000-60,000/year based on a base hourly rate plus bonuses based on team performance.
WHO’S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
- 2+ years of experience working in an Express Lube
- Leadership experience is preferred
- Detail, quality, and service orientated
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Active listening skills
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with team members and guests
