Manages, analyzes, implements, and supports Oracle Finance to meet the needs of the business

Responsibilities:

  • Supports functional configuration to support enhanced use and supportability of Zebra’s Financial modules centered around Oracle ERP as well as other touch point systems.
  • Analyzes, designs, and implements integration solutions to meet approved functional requirements and specifications.
  • Configure/support ORACLE financial applications like AR, Collections, Tax, Intercompany, etc.
  • Analyze and research bugs/issues from test cycles while working with the necessary resources (Business and/or technical teams) to resolve issues.
  • Develops innovative solutions to complex cross-functional problems, taking into consideration day-to-day operational issues.
  • Requirements gathering, process mapping, design, writing functional specifications, and coordinating testing cycles.
  • Facilitates activities related to enhancements, fixes, patches, and upgrades.
  • Articulates benefits of standard Oracle functionality to key business management and users.
  • Create and manage service requests with Oracle support.
  • Works closely with PMO, QA, and Operations group in support of and delivery of information technology applications
  • Work as a team member with BSAs/Developers located in different time zone and provide guidance
  • Analyze the code and provide guidance to the technical team
  • Knowledge of SQL/PL SQL
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud modules

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Working experience and understanding of Oracle Financials, AR, Intercompany, Collections, Accounting Knowledge, etc. is required.
  • Experience with the following Oracle functionality is required: AR, Intercompany, Customer Master, Collections, Technical Knowledge etc
  • Exposure and understanding of touchpoint Supply Chain applications such as OM, Purchasing, Costing, Inventory, etc. is required

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working with other financial modules also are preferred: SC, PA, Costing, RMCS, etc.
  • Accept ownership and accountability for deliverables, with a focus on achieving goals and objectives
  • Be self-motivated, internally driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented, and able to multi-task and execute under pressure
  • Be agile and able to adapt quickly and appropriately in accordance with the constant evolution of the company and industry
  • Ability to work in a challenging, dynamic environment on multiple projects delivering mission-critical projects
  • Ability to mentor team members
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Collaborate with others, demonstrate intellectual curiosity and be forward thinking
  • Excellent oral, written, and listening skills and ability to clearly articulate complex information to others
  • Understands Oracle’s AIM methodology, Agile, etc
  • Experience with the SDLC; fit/gap analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, writing functional and technical specifications, design and testing cycles
  • Work as a team member with BSAs/Developers located in different time zone, which requires flexibility in working schedule.

Salary: USD 101600.00 – USD 152400.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
