We are currently seeking F-15 Training Software Engineer (Entry or Associate Levels)to become part of the F-15 International Training Systems team in Hazelwood (St. Louis), Missouri. These simulations support the deployment and training of next generation avionics and sensor systems for air force fighter aircraft. The successful candidates will implement and test new innovative capabilities and integrate them with a variety of other aircraft subsystems.

Your & our tech specs:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with aircrew devices used to train pilots how to fly and operate the F-15 fighter aircraft system. The software team functions as an Agile Team and is responsible for developing the aircraft simulation and system software for Boeing customers. This development includes incorporating the newest aircraft technologies into high-fidelity integrated simulators to support customers’ aircrew training needs. The job covers the complete software development life cycle from requirements analysis through integration, test and sell-off to the customer. Position Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate software into real-time embedded system
- Define and implement test procedures to validate software requirements achieved
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Support software research and development projects
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work from our St. Louis office. The hiring team offers some flexibility with the onsite requirement.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Interim Secret DoD Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship, prior to starting. A final U.S. Secret Clearance is required post-start.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field by August 2023
- Software development experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 1or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Entry Level: Experience with C, C++, C#, Java, or Ada
- Associate: 2 or more years of experience with C, C++, C#, Java, or Ada
- Real-time embedded software development experience
- Familiar working with and/or developing software requirements/test methodology
- Experience working in Agile software development framework
Typical Education/Experience:
Entry Level: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
Associate: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master).

Summary pay range Entry Level: $69,700 – $94,300
Summary pay range Associate Level: $85,000 – $115,000
