Role: Accounts Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Enter approximately 200 invoices per week into ERP system
- Review paper invoices in the system and handle invoicing manually
- Create invoices in system, create PDF for weekly, biweekly, monthly reporting
- Code invoices to specific jobs or projects
- Ad hoc accounting duties, including:
- Cross-train on payroll: Review timesheets, match entries to specific jobs, confirm correct timecards, and cross-train on Payroll for 100 employees in UKG
- Support system transition and restructuring of role/duties including system implementation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Associates degree preferred
- Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs
