You Are:
UST is looking for a FACETS Analyst to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The ideal candidate must possess excellent FACETS knowledge. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.
The Opportunity:
- Develop and promote technical solutions which support the business requirements within the area of expertise.
- Ensures IT requirements are met, and service quality is maintained when introducing new services. Considers the cost-effectiveness of proposed solution(s).
- Set FAST goals and provide feedback on the FAST goals of mentees
- Innovative and technically sound for project analysis in depth.
- Uphold the standards and best practices by adhering to them in his/her work, as well as by implementing them in the team’s work by reviewing and monitoring.
- Provide innovative contributions within the team by coming up with ideas to automate repetitive work.
- Able to mentor Developers in such a way that they can progress to the next level of growth.
- Conduct peer reviews and demand high-quality standards for the reviewed deliverables.
- Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates for Developer roles.

What you need:
- An Agile mindset with experience working in an Agile environment
- A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for learning new tools & technologies
- Ability to adhere to work plans and track assignments with minimal guidance
- Solid oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical• and non-technical stakeholders and interact with customers to qualify Requirements1.
- Good FACETS system analyst with the following key competencies2. 5 years of working experience on FACETS and healthcare experience.
- Strong in Facets Configuration
- Experience in Facets application (modules like Claims, Member, and Provider)
- Good Oral & Written communication skills6. Good Analytical & problem-solving skills
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role
California: $97,000-$145,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
