Our team in Corporate Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to join them. You will report to the Campus Operations Manager on-site in East Aurora, NY.
To be considered for the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:
- 10+ years in managing facilities and crews of 10 or more individuals.
- Experience managing multiple locations and sites.
- Supervision of both the facilities maintenance operations and business stakeholders needs.
- Strategic vendor relationship management.
- Strong understanding of all building systems and applicable software platforms.
- The ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects is required as well as flexibility in a complex environment.
- Demonstrated experience integrating a strong Health and Safety culture within a team and vendors.
- Manage and develop trades personnel.
As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Provide vendor and program support according to Moog culture & values.
- Support and drive workplace safety and environmental initiatives.
- Provide day to day oversight of a group of individuals while building and managing a team and plan and implement a strategic vision over the department.
- Proficiency/knowledgeable in all building trades.
- Help develop and implement sourcing strategies, equipment, parts and services as they relate to all building systems functions.
- Initiate and drive efforts to maximize the operating efficiencies and reduce operating expenditure of buildings, equipment.
- Participate in all EHS fire /evacuation drills, programs, and schedules.
- Management of work orders data into IBM Maximo.
- Support 24/7 on call for building emergencies/alarms.
Additional Qualifications Might Include:
- Experience managing facilities and vendors in an industrial environment.
- 2-year degree in relevant trades with 6 years’ experience or 4-year degree in relevant trades with 4 years’ experience managing facilities.

Salary Range:
The base pay range for this opportunity is $66,955.20 – $123,635.20 per year.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
