The Facilities Team Lead is responsible for assisting in many different facility and space planning projects. This includes the coordination of our door access and alarm system. The person occupying this position is expected to oversee many different projects from start to finish while upholding Lulus’ core values. As a result of this person’s efforts, Lulus will be able to plan and coordinate many different facility-related projects efficiently and effectively.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Environmental Health and Safety Manager in facilities space planning
- At the direction of the Environmental Health and Safety Manager, coordinate the activities of the facilities team
- Monitor and maintain the Facilities Issue Board
- Assign facility tickets to Facilities team members
- Coordinate repair and preventative maintenance of vital facility equipment- Conveyor Systems, Forklift, Baler, Orderpicker, HVAC, Alarm system, and Fire Suppression system
- Coordinate pick up of cardboard bales
- Coordinate pick up of trash dumpsters
- Update and maintain key functions of the Access Control System
- Assist Environmental Health and Safety Manager with sourcing local vendors and building maintenance services.
- Coordinates project teams based on assignment or project
- Lead and assist in the assembly of furniture for facilities
- Helps coordinate and execute moving plans
- Coordinates repair and preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment with vendors and contractors
- Other assignments as assigned by the Environmental Health and Safety Manager
- Ensure compliance with all physical security best practices, including key control and alarm system regulations
- Coordinate with the IT department to support and execute company initiatives
What You’ll Need

- Work a flexible work schedule based on business needs – this could include working nights, weekends, and early mornings
- One year of experience in a warehouse or assistant type position
- Strong mechanical ability desired
