Job Responsibilities
We are recruiting a Supply Chain Planning Technologies Lead to own Lam’s Order Fulfillment organization’s technology needs. Order Fulfillment Planning encompasses the areas of Factory network planning, master planning and scheduling, and fulfillment of customer demand. The role will work closely with Order fulfillment executives, business process owners, end users, and Global Information Systems (GIS) Order Fulfillment team. The ideal candidate’s background will demonstrate an ability to partner with operations and technology teams and implement scalable processes and tools to address their needs.
- Apply broad functional and fundamental knowledge of supply chain planning, execution, and fulfillment processes to support company-wide business transformation programs
- Architect and analyze solution options that meet requirements and maximize benefits for the business
- Partner with Order fulfillment stakeholders to generate a master plan and detailed schedule on a weekly cadence that meets business targets from a long and short-term perspective
- Offer deep expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) that combines domain/functional (advanced supply chain planning), integration (CI-DS), and execution processes in SAP ECC/S4
Other Job Responsibilities
- Strong functional and hands-on knowledge of planning area configurations, key figure calculations, analytics, and alerts in IBP
- Deep expertise in defining and building data integration and transformation models in and out of SAP IBP from backend SAP ECC/S4 & MS Azure data layer
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define and help deploy advanced analytics and visualization capabilities in MS Power platform to assess planning run results & enable fast decision-making
- Able to explain results from planning, analyze trade-offs, and provide options to enhance user adoption
- Own the end-to-end capability from a planning, integration, and performance standpoint in Lam GIS
- Drive thought leadership to model and implement new processes and tools in response to rapid business growth
- Work with other BSAs on cross-functional projects impacting Order Fulfillment and Global Operations, broadly
- Experience in collaborating across multiple time zones with end users and GIS team
- Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and System Analyst, and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to business
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Operations, or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years Supply Chain Planning & Simulation solution space, with at least three years of end user and/or 2+ full lifecycle implementation of SAP IBP demand/supply planning
- Proven track record of implementing and supporting business solutions using SAP IBP demand/supply planning
- Ability to create/change mappings in CI-DS
- Experience leading & managing small to large-sized projects
- Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, like architectural design, functional specifications, solutions assessment matrix, etc.
- Experience in complex business process re-engineering
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple and often competing issues at the same time
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or with limited direction
- Comfortable working with large data sets and ability to perform data analysis is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor Wafer Fabrication Equipment (WFE) or discrete manufacturing industry experience with ETO/CTO/MTO business models in high-volume manufacturing
- Experience with SAP BTP to augment capabilities of other SAP applications
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure data stack and Power platform is preferred

Salary and Benefits
CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $119,000- $255,000.
The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
