Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for facilitating Abusive Partner Intervention groups, case management duties
including individual sessions, developing treatment plans, documenting client progress for
reporting to the courts, and making referrals to internal and external services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate Abusive Partner Intervention groups using evidence-based curricula;
Perform general case management duties, including weekly individual sessions with
clients, referrals to community-based services, developing client schedules, and client
centered treatment plans;
Assist clients in identifying and prioritizing needs;
Provide referrals to ensure all participants concrete needs are addressed;
Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all client information into the agencys database;
Provide accurate and timely data and information to be included in court reports;
Monitor participants attendance and compliance with mandate requirements;
Conduct toxicology for clients as needed;

Participate in case conferences for optimum collaboration among departments/programs
and external agencies;
Attend and participate in meetings, conferences, and trainings;
Conduct weekly chart audits;
Engage in his/her own ongoing professional development; and
Additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED/HSE required, some college preferred;
Experience and commitment to working with mandated participants with criminal justice
involvement;
Strong Microsoft Office and database entry skills;
Strong assessment and engagement skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus;
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) or World
Health Organization (WHO) authorized vaccine (or approved for an exemption as a
reasonable accommodation due to a qualified disability or sincerely held religious belief

Travel Requirements: May require travel to our Harlem, NY office.
