What you will be doing

The Retail Support Analyst is responsible for analytics of store orders and resolving system and process issues within the replenishment application. This position will be primary support for FAR Retail Ops, District Champions and Division Leads. The Retail Support Analyst will also create and maintain business processes that will be used by the Retail Support Coordinator to resolve store submitted issues.

The position will be based in Boise, ID, Pleasanton, CA or Phoenix, AZ.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure Service Now (SNOW) tickets are being resolved by the Retail Support Coordinators within the SLA’s
  • Resolve obstacles in various departments that are leading to tickets not being resolved within SLA’s.
  • Create process decision trees for issue resolution. This will involve working with and training various Business Units
  • Collaborates with Demand Planners and Replenishment Planners on overall supply chain breakdowns.
  • Supports the division retail ops and FAR district champions in FAR education.
  • Works with Business Intelligence Teams to create reporting on Service Now (SNOW) tickets that can be leveraged by Division Leadership and Retail Operations to see where there are gaps in understanding how to use FAR.
  • As new divisions and categories roll out on FAR, ensure that Retail Stores have clear understanding on how to create FAR tickets.
  • Analyzes FAR store orders for anomalies that span across a group of items or group of stores to determine how best to resolve.
  • Partners with Data Science teams to provide guidance on large scale business impacts to FAR as new stores or retail departments go live.
  • Provides additional guidance back to retail stores as same situation reported multiple times.

The salary range is $50,900 to $63,080 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. What we are searching for

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience providing coordination and/or project support to one or more senior level positions.
  • Ability to perform work independently under pressure and at stringent levels of efficiency.
  • Strong Analytical skills using multiple data platforms for analysis.
  • Strong understanding of retail, merchandise and supply chain operations
  • Able to collaborate cross functionally with multiple business groups to help gain alignment on issue resolution.
  • Work is fast paced with competing demands.
