We are looking for highly motivated part-time client-site IT Support/Engineers/Technicians in the Ventura/Oxnard/Santa Barbara areas to join our rapidly growing IT & Cloud services team. Our ideal candidates are natural leaders with strong organizational and people skills, technical backgrounds, and passion for delivering the best possible results on time and within budget. You will be responsible for hands-on functionality including on-site property support, helpdesk/system admin work, networking & hardware tasks.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for supporting clients in the Oxnard/Ventura/Santa Barbara areas for end-user IT support, system administration, server & infrastructure tasks, network troubleshooting, configuration, printer deployment/troubleshooting, MS Office & other software support. You’ll also be responsible for escalating issues when needed.
What You Need for this Position
Ideal candidates for this role will have 2+ years of IT support (Helpdesk, System Administration, etc.) experience in a professional environment. Travel, Hotel, or Hospitality experience is a big plus (Oracle Opera PMS, Simphony POS or related systems a plus). Hands on experience with tools like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, print & file sharing. Office365, G-Suite and other email experience. Switches, Patch-Panels, cabling, Cat6 & protocols (i.e. TCP/IP). Remote management software experience, data recovery & data backup software experience (i.e. Barracuda, DATTO/Kaseya, etc.). CCST and CCNA are a plus. This is a contract position, corp to corp.
