The Denver Pepsi Print Shop is seeking a Production Coordinator/Graphic Designer that will create point of sale designs that are customized for our retail and foodservice environment and print/ship POS to locations around the US.

Reporting into the Marketing Asst Supervisor for Denver, this position will be accountable for step-changing the way we communicate our brands in-store. You will be responsible for creating high impact custom point of sale material for our key customers as well as toolkits that can be rolled out across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop customized Marketing POS for our customers and our field to bring our brands to life in-store.
  • Communicate directly with sales representatives for approval of art.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Shopper Marketing team to ensure our designs line up with key priorities for our brands and our West Division.
  • Maintain all inventory and forecasting of supplies utilizing the correct approved national vendors.
  • Occasional creation of digital advertisements.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipment.
  • Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding.
  • Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels.
  • Track waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service credits.
  • Additional functions incidental to printing and administrative activities.
  • Conducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and binding.
  • Performs multiple tasks at the same time, adhering to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • The position will Produce and finish a wide variety of printed products in accordance with detailed order specifications and complete tasks as specified in a daily production schedule while maintaining high quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected Compensation range for this position is between $39,800 – $63,450 .
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field strongly preferred; would consider 3 years of experience as a designer in a print shop with portfolio.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent layout design skills.
  • Knowledge of Materials, RIP Stations and printing equipment a plus.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills (other Adobe Creative Suite program knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to stand during entire shift; ability to move, carry, and lift 60 lbs; ability to bend/twist at waist and knees on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
