Customer Requirements Analyst

We are looking to add a Customer Requirements Analyst to our team! This position contributes to The Krusteaz Company continued success by managing key aspects of customer compliance, ensuring alignment, and developing reporting metrics to assess success and areas of opportunity. The Customer Requirements Analyst will work in a highly cross functional nature with multiple areas in the organization and advocate as the voice of the customer to support The Krusteaz Company being a supplier of choice with our trading partners. They will be responsible for the upkeep of product information and maintaining our product catalog with customers directly and through the use of third-party software. The CRA will have an in-depth knowledge of customer compliance programs such as OTIF, leverage customer reports to analyze trends and where applicable reduce penalty exposure. This role will also be responsible for updating customer information including but not limited to DC addresses, contacts, and hours of operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.

  • Manage Data synchronization activities with our trading partners.
  • Establish workflows and processes for ongoing catalog maintenance for existing products as well as for new product additions.
  • Develop and lead training in data synchronization to develop bench strength and mitigate against SPOF (single point of failure).
  • Collect and analyze customer reports to determine areas of opportunities and forecast organizational risks.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of customer compliance programs such as OTIF.
  • Drive cross functional problem solving and ensure stakeholder alignment on complex issues.
  • Complete key tasks in product commercialization projects.
  • Ensure orders meet Continental Mills and customer requirements.
  • Manage the execution of continuous improvement efforts while meeting the needs of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Help build connective tissue between relevant internal stakeholders to drive robust reporting and risk mitigation processes.

  • Experience using Data Synchronization portals such as Syndigo.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Five years’ experience supporting business analysis preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in root cause analysis and developing compelling business cases.
  • 2-3 years’ experience using excel to support business decisions.
  • Experience maintaining product catalogs with 3rd party services such as Syndigo.
  • Supply chain experience or equivalent training. Examples include APICs certification, WERC course work.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone along with reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision requirements due to computer work. Moderate noise, ability to work in a confined area, and ability to sit at a computer for an extended period of time are also included.

Hybrid Work Model:At The Krusteaz Company, we have in-office “core days” of Tuesdays and Wednesdays where all corporate employees are expected to be onsite. Salary Information:

  • An employee in this position can expect a salary range between $55,309 and $82,969. We typically pay between $59,000 and $75,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, certification, training, and location. All positions are eligible for additional incentives based on business performance.
