SCOPE OF SERVICES
Cybersecurity Telecomm/Data Processing:The NYC Department of Social Services / Human Resources Administration is initiating the Emergency Cybersecurity Project. Taking advantage of new technological capabilities will improve the speed and ease with which DSS/HRA can keep their Cyber infrastructure up to compliance and secured from modern threats and vulnerabilities.
DSS has a responsibility to the citizens of New York City (our clients) as well as our staff to secure and protect all personal, business, and confidential data hosted within as well as accessed through our IT systems. The Cloud services, Licenses, Automation, Support and Professional Services will bring DSS into Compliance with Modern Cyber Security standards and help keep the agency from frequent breakdowns and failures. This will help save money in the long run and keep the agency secure from ongoing threats.
Tasks & Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows and related FileNet components that interface with various internal systems.
- Database rewrite and Oracle database redesign and upgrade.
- Review current system specifications and Perl/CGI codes.
- Clean up decommissioned system, clean up outdated batch processing information, remove outdated information, redesign database to fulfill new needs.
- Redesign system with SFTP and HTTPS protocol, implement new process to connect in P8 Bulk Import with JAVA, maintain same batch tar structure and acknowledgement schema to minimize impact on existing application batch submission.
- Migrations and Testing
- Migrate existing system and test new connection to upgraded FileNet IS and P8 repository.
- Test batch submission to new system from various applications.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 Years IBM FileNet P8 Administration
- Minimum 4 Years IBM FileNet P8 Content Engine Bulk Import programming
- Minimum 4 Years IBM Content Navigator Administration
- Minimum 4 Years IBM FileNet Imaging Services (IS) Administration
- Minimum 4 Years Oracle Database Administration
- Minimum 4 Years Experience FileNet P8 Content Engine, Content Navigator Java API programming
- Minimum 4 Years Experience Installation / configuration / upgrade FileNet IS, P8, ICN environments
Desired Skills
- 4 Years Experience in providing automated solutions using Unix Shell scripting including Korn.
- 4 Years Experience in basic system administration on Unix OS including Solaris 10/11, Linux RedHat 8.x, IBM AIX 7.x.
- 4 Years Experience SQL query generation and reporting experience on Oracle database.
