Description
Strategic Responsibility:
The Filing Clerk-Temporary facilitates the efficient operation of the the legal department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Job Description:
Assist the legal department by completing assigned scanning and filing projects.
Assist the legal department with assigned clerical tasks associated with contracts such as data entry and mailouts.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Formal Education: High School Diploma/GED Required.
Experience: 0-2 years experience in a clerical or administrative role.
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Basic organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Equipment Knowledge: PC and/or Mac Computers. General office equipment.
