Description
Being the Finance Administrator reporting to the CFO is responsible for banking and financial systems administration, vendor establishment and compliance thereof, assist in managing parts of the procurement processes, preparing management reports and provides administrative support to the CFO.

Our Total Compensation Package:
- Starting Salary is $65,000-$70,000 annually.

Qualifications
The Requirements We are Seeking:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of two years of combined professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, and administrative support.
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) strongly preferred.
- Experience in the use of Concur and Abila (Sage) MIP accounting system is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Texas driver’s license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation.
What you Deliver in this role:
- You will administer user request for access and permissions to banking institutions, Concur and MIP systems.
- You will process credit card account request in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- You will safeguard banking information and coordinate banking updates as required.
- You will retrieve and organize monthly bank statements, investment statements, and credit card statements for the Finance team’s access during month-end closings.
- You will manage vendor procurement records and vendor contracts for fiscal requirements of the Agency.
- You will review and approve new vendor set-up requests.
- You will serve as the Administrator for the Concur and MIP system and facilitates training as needed.
- You will coordinate annual business insurance renewal efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will participate in the selection and implementation of financial systems and software.
- You will assist with the annual financial audit and funders’ monitoring visits as needed.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders in research, analysis, and reporting to support decision making and agency objectives; prepares management reports as directed by the CFO.
- You will provide administrative support to the CFO including but not limited to preparing presentations and other administrative tasks.
- You will attend and assist in the preparation of Board committee materials and scribe meeting notes for the Finance, Audit, and Investment meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
