Job Description & Requirements
Parking Attendants greet guest upon arrival and deliver extraordinary, fun filled experiences. They also help direct guests with their vehicles into appropriate parking areas and monitor and control the flow of traffic in and out of all parking areas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide parking instruction/ guidance/ assistance to guests upon their arrival and/or exit. Monitor the flow of traffic
- Direct guests to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary
- Allow or disallow access into the parking structures and lots by lifting, positioning, and removing cones/signs in order to open, redirect or close parking areas
- Report maintenance issues that surface and follows up to ensure appropriate action is taken immediately
- Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
- Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred but no required
The pay rate for this role is $16.90
