How You Will Make an Impact

Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented financial administrator to join our finance team. As a Finance Administrator, you will assist with the day-to-day task in our finance department and play an integral role in maintaining account information. Your attention to detail will be critical to maintaining efficiency in our operations so that we can deliver outstanding hospitality and service to our guests.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping
  • Assist in preparation of financial documents
  • Take direction from and report to the General Sales Manager
  • Assist in audits as necessary
  • Work to company standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills Needed to Win:

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping practices, as well as a strong work ethic, are required
  • Mathematical and accounting acuity
  • Professional and hospitality centric demeanor
  • Excellent communicator, both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Thrives working both independently ( a self-starter) and collaboratively
  • Dependable, respectful and consistently works to uphold company ethics and standards
