The Office of the Chief Digital and Technology Officer represents our Digital Solutions group that includes our online and mobile banking applications, as well as the office of our Chief Technology Officer. The Director of Finance will lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function for this combined group as its Financial Business Partner, and as the leader of a three-person FP&A team. In addition to facilitating the preparation and review of monthly forecasts and annual budget, and the monthly review of financial results, this role is also a strategic partner to the OCDTO leadership team contributing analysis and insights. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven leader with an advanced level of financial analysis, reporting and business partnering skills, in addition to prior leadership experience delivering complex reporting and analyses. This position will be filled to work at any Jack Henry office location or Remotely within the U.S.
The target salary range for this position is $138,300- $158,900, based on location and experience.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing and leading the Office of the Chief Digital and Technology Officer’s FP&A team.
• Facilitating the reporting and review of monthly financial results in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including the analysis of variances to forecast and budget.
• Facilitating the preparation and review of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Participating as a member of the OCDTO leadership team, providing not only financial analysis but also contributing business acumen and strategic insights to identify opportunities to grow revenue and control expense.
• Preparing and presenting reporting of financial results to Finance and Corporate leadership.
• Analysis and modeling of new product opportunities, pricing strategies, client behavior, long term strategic initiatives, and multi-year financial planning.
• Ad hoc analysis as requested by Operations, Finance, and Corporate leadership.
• Administering internal controls, as they relate to the OCDTO and its assets and financial statements.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• A minimum 12 years of progressive responsible experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Previous experience working as a finance business partner for an organizational business unit, providing financial analysis and strategic guidance.
• Proven financial leadership experience across a large department or functional area with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
• Ability to bring creativity, “think outside of the box” attitude to the position while at the same time providing consistent, accurate financial analysis.
• MBA and/or CPA or other related professional certification.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of or experience with OneStream, Hyperion, Essbase, or similar financial forecasting applications.
• Prior experience in Financial or Technology Services organizations, or publicly traded companies.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and desire to strengthen knowledge of the business/industry.
• Ability to make recommendations to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.
