Every day as a Finance Manager for Revenue Cycle you will….
- Act as a liaison between the Operations and Finance teams by providing Program Leadership with timely financial information and analytics
- Serve as a resource/subject matter expert on month end closing, financial planning and analysis, reconciliations, fixed asset record keeping and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare bi weekly financial reports for assigned programs
- Supervise a small team of Financial professionals
- Assure the accuracy of all financial reports prepared for each program

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), residential treatment (RTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
EXPERIENCE: At least five years position-related experience. Must have experience with computer based financial systems. Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Applications, experience with data collection/analyzing platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position). Strong organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Requires ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to established guidelines. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
