LaSalle Network has partnered with one of the largest CPG companies in the world who is looking to add a Finance Manager, Strategic Operations to their team. The Finance Manager, Strategic Operations will support the organization at a global level.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and building a team to identify areas of opportunity and create strategic, long-term business plans. This is a highly visible role in which you will work directly with executive leadership and key stakeholder to drive key business decisions. The position offers a competitive base salary up starting at $150,000.
Finance Manager, Strategic Operations Responsibilities:
- Make recommendations to executive leadership regarding all financial and fiscal matters
- Consult with business leaders to effectively design and streamline applicable processes within the organization
- Steer management with financial planning, long-range forecasting and ad-hoc business analysis
- Understand and analyze financial impacts on company performance and effectively communicate these to executive leadership
- Lead the strategic financial modeling to support the investment and corporate development teams
Finance Manager, Strategic Operations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or finance required
- 7+ years of finance experience with an emphasis in strategic planning
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, manage and develop a team
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
