Finance Specialist (Global PS PMO) – Projects

The Global Professional Services Project Management Office (Global PS PMO) is a disciplined team recognized at Juniper where skilled professionals understand the project management practices and project lifecycle methodologies needed to manage small, medium, and large-scale implementation projects for our customers.
Key Responsibility & Accountabilities:
- AMER and CALA Revenue Forecasting – collate and submit Weekly, Monthly, and quarterly forecasts to Business Controllers and Theater management.
- Validate and submit Customer PO Invoicing to Order Management for processing.
- Validate and submit Credit Invoicing to Finance for formal revenue recognition.
- Complete Quarterly PS Project Financial Compliance submissions.
- Review AMER and CALA Project Closure submissions and ensure all Finance elements are actioned in Juniper systems (including OpenAir and Sharepoint).
- Support Juniper’s U.S. Government Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) processes which include regular auditing and training, to ensure Professional Service adherence, and serving as an administrator for its secure information transfer tool: Kiteworks.
- Finance auditing of all Juniper’s U.S. Government projects across all lines of business.
- Support AMER and CALA Resource Management functions including staff augmentation processes.
- Develop and ensure repeatable and scalable processes and tools are used by global teams (such as Credit Tracking, GL Auditing).
- Submit Vendor purchase requisitions in COUPA, adhering to Juniper Procurement policies.
- Track historical, current, and future Vendor purchase orders through regular accrual review calls and outside spend analysis.
- Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the end-to-end PMO Finance processes.
Required Experience/Background:
- United States Citizenship (essential) with ability to obtain clearance.
- Understanding of CMMC and CUI compliance.
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators, Metrics, Data Visualisation, Purchase Requisitions, and Resource Management (desirable).
- Familiar with procurement processes including Vendor contractual documentation such as Statement of Work / MSA (desirable).
- Previous experience using OpenAir, SAP, COUPA (or equivalent) with an understanding of cost centers, purchase orders & invoicing routing/approvals.
- BA/BS degree in a related area or equivalent project management experience – Federal preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, and Agile certifications (desirable).
- Previous experience in working in a telecoms or IT background.
- Proven history of success in a customer-facing or Project Management Office role at any level & of delivering in a high-pressure environment.
- Expert user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and data repository tools.

Minimum Salary: $79,200.00
Maximum Salary:$121,440.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $79,200.00 and $121,440.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
