Finance Transformation Associate Manager

Overview

The Planning Central Associate Manager Opex will support the Planning Transformation for Corporate spends. This role is accountable for supporting forecasting, planning, reporting design for Corporate and this role reports into the Manager Finance, Corporate Planning Central.

*This position is based out of our Purchase, NY HQ, coming into the office 3 to 4 days a week*

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the GBS team supporting Corporate to build forecasting, annual planning, performance reporting capability.
  • Mapping and benchmarking planning and Forecasting processes across PepsiCo corporate and sectors to determine best in class processes.
  • Support implementation of Digital Planning tools – IBM Planning Analytics TM1 MOSAIC, configuration of standard reports, dashboards.
  • Ensuring capability build and training for the GBS Corporate teams
  • Streamlining ways of working and responsibilities between the business finance teams in Corporate functions and GBS hubs
  • Supporting Corporate PGT transition – impact analysis, design and implementation for Corporate

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Masters degree preferred
  • 5 plus years of relevant finance experience including Transformation projects
  • Strong FP&A skills and experience in forecasting and planning cycles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Digital Planning experience – IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) or similar multi-dimensional financial Cube experience highly preferred
  • Team player and skilled at collaborating across teams

  • Process improvement experience
  • Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable to multi-cultural environment and off-shore ways of working across time zones
  • Strong ability to influence and work through others to effectively navigate matrixed organization while ensuring that necessary stakeholders are informed

  • Ability to handle high-volume multiple priorities under pressure and be self motivating

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000- $127,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out Annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
