We anticipate the hiring salary range of $62,126.64 – $70,000.00, based on experience.
Employees of the Department of Financial Services are paid on a monthly pay cycle.

Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
1. Administer and supervise all activities within the Cash Management Section.
2. Oversee the administration of the Treasury Cash Concentration System (TCCS) for funds of the State of Florida.
3. Coordinate the approval of bank accounts established outside the Treasury.
4. Provide assistance to state agencies of the State of Florida related to their cash management systems and procedures.
5. Oversee the administration of the Treasury Consolidated Revolving Account (CRA) for the state agencies of Florida.
6. Responsible for the data processing needs of the Cash Management Section.
7. Responsible for cash management transactions within Florida PALM.
8. Oversee the administration of the Cash Management Improvement Act of 1990 (CMIA).
9. Oversee the administration of the credit card acceptance program, including American Express, (ePayments or electronic payments) for the State of Florida.

12. Administer the cash management policy for the bureau of Funds Management and represent the Treasury in government-wide cash management projects.
13. Process vendor invoices for contracted services.
14. Manage daily wire transactions into the Treasury.
15. Maintain organized files and records related to the functions listed above.
16. Perform other tasks as required.
