OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Financial Analyst will be an important member of the Paramount DTC Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will interact with many different groups within the organization! Primary responsibilities include analyzing and reporting the consolidated forecast, budget, and actual free cash flow package to senior management. This candidate will partner with various departments and divisions to actively manage working capital. This role offers a rare opportunity to get broad exposure across the entire digital portfolio of a mega media company and gain insights into how leadership effectively uses financial data to steer a fast-paced and growing segment. The position has the added benefit of providing multiple growth opportunities both in the existing role and across the broader FP&A team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare consolidated cash flow forecast package and presentation, which provides executive management insights into cash variances vs. prior forecast, budget, and prior year actuals
– Partner and collaborate with various departments in improving our internal processes surrounding cash flow (i.e. enhancing our direct method cash flow)
– Document all policies and procedures, especially in light of new financial systems.
– Support all financial planning and strategy efforts across the team by providing ad hoc analysis, as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
– 2+ years experience in FP&A or equivalent quantitative roles
– Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $65,000.00 – 90,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
