The Financial Analyst position presents an opportunity to support the VP of Operations for True North Loyalty with various reporting and operational tasks that are key to our business’ success. You will play an essential role in our business by ensuring that our company is operationally optimized and reporting and invoicing clients correctly. Responsibilities will cover a broad range of disciplines including reporting, data mining, systems, finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and be able to work independently. A curiosity about learning and improving the business is a plus. True North Loyalty, LLC is a subsidiary of Fluent, Inc (Ticker: FLNT). It is a subscription-based business that utilizes call center operations and other media channels to market recurring revenue service products to consumers in the entertainment, travel, telehealth, ID theft and warranty verticals.
What You’ll Do
- Performing weekly reporting calculations in a detailed and accurate manner to inform our client billing.
- Completing end of month reporting calculations in a detailed and accurate to inform our client billing.
- Maintaining an extensive excel database with data derived from multiple online platforms; ensuring that database is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
- Partnering with vendors, customer service, processors and other third parties.
- Working with the accounting department to ensure that all invoices, transactions and journal entries are entered in an accurate manner.
- Performing ad-hoc data-mining investigations with the VP Operations to optimize our business and find anomalies.

Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 – The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
