General Summary:
Qualcomm Government Technologies (QGOV) provides transformative, trustworthy, mission-focused wireless solutions and services designed to improve our federal government’s capabilities. QGOV is seeking an experienced professional for a key compliance role within our Finance team. This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Finance responsible for federal government, corporate, and accounting compliance, and will provide critical support to QGOV’s compliance posture and monitoring activities. A successful candidate will look to apply finance, accounting, and auditing principles in day-to-day activities, and will require strong cross-functional engagement within the division to help accomplish key compliance and business initiatives.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to, supporting federal government compliance related activities and deliverables including government audits, the incurred cost proposal, forward pricing rates, reviewing/testing internal controls, and conducting compliance training. Additional assistance within the accounting, pricing, and project finance functions may be required as necessary to meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-7 years finance/accounting work experience in federal government contracting environment
- Regulatory working knowledge and comprehension of CAS, FAR, DFARS
- Experience including US GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls
- Government audit support experience
- CPA is a plus, but not required
- Adaptable and flexible to changing business conditions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter and motivation to succeed
- Aptitude for financial systems and reporting, including Oracle, HFM, TM1, Costpoint, SharePoint, Tableau, in addition to Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Pay range:
$103,000.00 – $154,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
