Job Description:
Assist in the processing of the division’s PCard charges, PO/Invoice payments using UF systems (UF GO, UF marketplace, and PeopleSoft) for the department annual operating budget of 6 million.
Process revenue collection for all UF departments through PeopleSoft. The PeopleSoft transactions entered are charged mostly to grant funding per department approval through myACS shadow system. Processes all revenue generation within PeopleSoft expense to revenue transfers annually totaling approximately 11 million dollars.
Record the payment status for $11 million dollars of receivable invoices processed for department receivables.
Process deposits for external payments.
Maintain accounts receivable filing/scanning system.
Other duties as assigned.
Expected Salary:
$18/hour – $19/hour
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of general accounts transaction experience. Appropriate college course work or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up on issues, high level of organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.

This is not a remote work position, and it is located on the University of Florida main campus in Gainesville, FL.
