Currently, we are hiring for a Fleet Specialist II in the Greater Phoenix, AZ market! The Fleet Specialist II will report to the Manager of Fleet and SII (Safety, Incidents, and Injuries) and will perform a variety of duties related to the Company’s fleet of vehicles, including but not limited to inventory, accidents, tracking and analytics. Pay and Benefits

For this role, we offer:
- Competitive salary – $60,000 – $68,000
- Paid time off
- Sick/Safe time – 1 hour per every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 80 hours annually

Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager of Fleet and SII with fleet inventory management, communicating with internal stakeholders and vendors to determine needs and overrages
- Utilize existing framework and create updated processes, as necessary, when determing upcoming fleet needs for various entities
- Execute discretion, based on existing framework, when submitting requests and inquiries
- Maintain internal incident forms, requiring completion and compliance with every form submitted, and push back on internal parties to gather any necessary information as it relates to vehicle fleet
- Mentor junior Fleet team members
- Maintain all correspondence related to vehicle fleet
- Assist with the setup of new domestic entities, as related to Fleet
- Assist with documenting and automating repeatable processes
- Work in and manage various systems and email inboxes
- Special projects and duties, as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with good written and oral communication skills
- Professional in correspondence, with the ability to handle phone calls, address vendor issues and effectively relay messages
- Data entry skills, proficiency with Excel
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability and comfort with researching state or local filing and/or compliance questions
- Discretion, judgement, and independent decision making
