AMLI Residential has a new opportunity for a Floating Leasing Consultant that will work at our various luxury apartment communities in Marina Del Rey, Glendale, Pasadena, Long Beach, Woodland Hills, Orange and Camarillo.
As the Floating Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultants interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve the property’s maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease documentation. You also will have the opportunity to host and plan resident events and put your marketing skills to work. Our “SMART Office” technology engages our customers and creates more sales opportunities for our leasing staff.
Duties Include:
- Lease qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Greet and qualify prospects, follow up on prospective residents, and market the community to prospects via telephone, Internet, and social media/networking programs.
- Timely and accurately processed all required administrative forms, leases, and related information.
- Provide quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints. This includes helping residents and prospects before, during, and after leasing an apartment.
- Maintain relationships with all apartment locator services and local businesses to provide informational material. Update periodically.
- Maintain ongoing resident retention program under the direction of the Community/Leasing Manager. Includes participation in resident activities.
- Shop competition regularly.
- Maintain professional appearance of the office, amenity areas, model apartments, and community. Ensure a professional appearance and manner for oneself.
Compensation and Benefits:

- Starting pay: $21.00 an hour plus earn up to 35% plus in leasing commissions/bonuses and awards

Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with two or more years of related sales or customer service experience.
- HS/GED required college is a big plus.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Valid Driver’s license for travel to different properties
