Description
The Collier Companies is seeking a Floating Property Manager to join our team!
This role will report out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville with 50% travel to communities within the assigned region. Qualifications
Your Skills – Show Us What You Got:
- 50% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful community manager at a 250+ front door count community
- Minimum of 9 months experience at current community
- Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence.
- Strong understanding of financial plan with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively
- Dedication to leading, mentoring and developing a large leasing team
- Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail
- Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel
- Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation.
- Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies
- Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income
- Eye for asset management
- Strong understanding of service aspect of community preferred
- Great floor plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence
- Commitment to TCC Culture, and strong desire to learn and grow within the organization
- High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences
